1.11. Adding a Picture

To add a picture to your page:

1. Drag on either the 'Paragraph with Picture' element or the 'Picture' element.

2. After clicking on the default picture, you should see the "element options" toolbar appear above your website. Then click the link to upload a new picture.

3. Browse to find the image you want to upload on your computer and click "open". You will see the image upload status on the lower right corner of your screen. 

4. Once uploaded, you will see your image in the editor. You can resize the picture by dragging the red box in the lower right hand corner of the picture.

Note that the picture and file upload tool uses the "flash" plug-in. Your computers may not have flash installed. You can check by visiting this link: http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/ and if not, it's a free download and install.
