3.2. I am having trouble logging in, help!

When logging in, you can use either your user name or email address.

If you think your password or user name might be incorrect, reset it here. A link to reset your password will be sent to your account's email address. Your user name will also be sent in this email. Check the junk/spam folder if you don't see the email arrive as it may have been incorrectly filtered.

We've heard reports of antivirus software preventing users from logging in.  If you have antivirus software installed, try temporarily disabling it and then logging in.  If this works, you'll need to add Weebly to the software's "safe" or "accepted" list.
